Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch) – $12.95 AUD
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch) for orders over $50 AUD

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Should any item fail to meet your expectations, our refined returns process ensures resolution with the efficiency and discretion befitting our clientele.

Our Returns Policy

  • Returns or exchanges accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
  • Accessories must be returned in their original packaging
  • Hats must show no signs of wear or adjustment

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear and socks unless faulty. All other items from our collections (Accessories, Hats, Pants, Shirts, Shorts) are eligible for return when conditions are met.

The Classic Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return Request
    Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please use our template below for efficient processing.
  2. Receive Return Authorization
    Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Package
    Include the original packing slip and repackage items securely in their original packaging when possible.
  4. Ship Your Return

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds appear within 3-5 business days after processing
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return, subject to availability

International Returns

For our international gentlemen (excluding Asia and remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
