Our Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached). Please note:

  • Accessories must be returned in their original packaging
  • Hats must show no signs of wear or adjustment

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear and socks unless faulty.

The Classic Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return Request

  2. Receive Return Authorization
    Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Package
    Include the original packing slip and repackage items securely in their original packaging when possible.
  4. Ship Your Return

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds appear within 3-5 business days after processing
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return, subject to availability.

International Returns

For our international gentlemen (excluding Asia and remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
